How we work
Diagnostic first. We would rather charge you a small amount to find out what is wrong than a large amount to guess. On larger projects the diagnostic fee is credited toward the work that follows.
You own your accounts. Licences, domains and cloud tenants are registered to your business, not to ours. If you ever move to another provider, there is nothing to untangle or buy back.
No vendor lock-in. We recommend what fits your situation. You are free to take our documentation to anyone else.
Confirmed is not the same as assumed. Our reports say which findings are verified and which are inference. You will never get a claim from us that a problem is fixed when what we actually have is six days of it not recurring.
